About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Façade Consultant to join our team at AESG. As a key member of our façade team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality façade services to major built environment real estate construction projects in the UK, particularly in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex façade projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement façade design engineering and build-ability consultancy services, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive business growth and success.
  • Provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Contribute to industry leadership through participation in professional groups and conferences.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional quality and results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical experience in façade engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, and hotel sectors.
  • Degree in Architecture, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in Façades is preferred.
  • Strong technical expertise, with a passion for creating innovative engineering solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
