Job Title: AML Compliance Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled AML Compliance Assistant to join our team in West Malling, Kent. The successful candidate will work within the Contract & Performance team, providing auditing, administration, and management reporting support for the Northwood HQ contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document control for QA and auditing
  • Administration support for the Contract & Performance Team; this will include business reports and trackers
  • Administering Support Services, such as performance reporting
  • Inputting and evaluating data
  • Ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Manage excellent relationships with the client, our suppliers, and other partners within the contract.
Requirements:
  • Office Administration background
  • MS Office experience essential – especially MS Excel
  • Document control
