Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Monitoring professional to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the development of our Risk and Compliance team in line with commercial growth and regulatory strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Risk and Compliance team of 10, ensuring its development in line with commercial growth and regulatory strategy.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of the firm's Risk & Compliance regime.
  • Develop and implement the Risk & Compliance framework, policies and procedures.
  • Provide day-to-day Compliance advice and guidance to the business.
  • Undertake horizon scanning of the regulatory landscape, providing advice, training and management updates as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a senior Compliance specialist within the Financial Services arena.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Arrangements:

This is a predominantly office-based role where you will spend 4 days a week in the firm's office with the other day working from home.
