Job Title: Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Social Work Partners, based in our Kings Hill Office. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment agency, placing Qualified Social Workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in understanding consultant needs to facilitate efficient clearing and onboarding processes
  • Process DBS checks via online portal
  • Complete update service registration checks
  • Email registration compliance packs
  • Ensure GDPR and safeguarding compliance regulations are followed, and notify your manager of any potential impacts on the business
  • Verify documentation and conduct necessary checks to ensure candidates meet 3rd party requirements and company standards
  • Update live compliance tracker
  • Send out references and chase regularly
  • Verify completed references
  • Send out company or 3rd party forms via RSign
  • Send daily/weekly updates to consultants
  • Daily organization and tidying of emails/documents
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to the role
