We are seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance framework to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a team of compliance professionals to provide day-to-day oversight of our Risk & Compliance regime.
  • Take on the role of Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO) in the short to medium term.
  • Provide compliance advice and guidance to the business, including horizon scanning of the regulatory landscape.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior Compliance specialist within the Financial Services arena.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
