Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join MW Appointments, a top Lloyds accredited insurance broker that serves clients in the UK and globally across various commercial risks.

Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Executive

This position is part of the specialized UK commercial team, focusing on providing business insurance solutions to companies in the sector, including physical damage, liabilities, stock, and business interruption.

The ideal candidate does not need industry expertise but must have experience in commercial insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts from initial contact to renewal
  • Gather information and instructions efficiently to provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Discuss renewal terms with clients proactively to ensure seamless policy transitions
  • Prepare policy quotes and documentation using industry-standard platforms
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries throughout the policy period to maintain exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with producing brokers when necessary to ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Attend client meetings and industry events as required to build strong relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in UK commercial lines insurance
  • Client relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Client service focus and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Ability to handle a busy workload effectively to meet client needs
