About the Role

We are seeking two Customer Helpers to join our team at Stagecoach Hastings Depot. As the public face of Stagecoach South East, you will provide information and assistance to customers using the busy Hastings rail interchange and town centre bus stops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent verbal and social communication skills to customers
  • Work in a mobile capacity, being resilient, flexible, and able to think outside the box
  • Develop a friendly and approachable demeanour to enhance the company profile and reputation
  • Utilize your initiative to 'do the right thing' for customers and have an excellent understanding of the company's products and services
  • Work closely with colleagues in our local control team and service delivery support team to provide helpful real-time service information

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and social communication skills
