What We Offer

As part of our International Advertising Monitoring division, located within our Advertising Intelligence Data Centre, you will engage in a vital role that involves data entry and remote work. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, track, and categorize advertisements across various media platforms using specialized monitoring software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify pertinent advertisements from multiple media sources, including television, radio, print, and digital channels.
  • Monitor advertisements for content, cataloging essential details to assist clients in enhancing their media strategies and tracking competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all departmental deadlines are consistently met.
  • Strive to achieve and surpass established targets for productivity and quality, enabling the team to fulfill all service level agreements.
  • Provide support across departments as needed.
  • Coordinate with other teams within the organization to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Utilize company systems effectively.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the organization.

Your Profile

  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus; please include all languages and proficiency levels in your application.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient data entry capabilities.
  • Basic numeracy skills.
  • Familiarity with the Google suite.
  • Ability to balance a strong results focus with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Professional yet approachable demeanor.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with a requirement to be available between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday, and potentially on weekends.
  • Willingness to work on UK Bank Holidays as per departmental shift schedules, with additional compensation for such days.
