About the Role

Livewell Southwest CIC is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join our team and embark on a fast-track development opportunity to become a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner. This exciting role offers a unique chance to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to adults with severe and enduring mental illness.
  • Develop and implement care plans in community settings, utilizing evidence-based practice and NICE guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of the Community Mental Health Framework, an innovative model of working with GPs and primary care.
  • Participate in leadership and mentoring programs to enhance your professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • RMN/Dip HE/BSc Mental Health Nursing - NMC Registration.
  • Occupational Therapy Degree HCPC Registration.
  • Ability to travel across Plymouth.
  • Computer skills.
  • Risk assessment management.
