About the Role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily assist elderly residents who require support due to physical limitations. Your role will focus on empowering them to maintain their independence.

You will guide residents with restricted mobility to various areas within the facility, including dining rooms for meals, communal spaces for social activities, and their private bedrooms upon request.

Your responsibilities will encompass assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in stimulating activities with residents, both individually and in groups, promoting their physical and mental well-being.

The core of this role is to uphold resident autonomy, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering exceptional care standards.
