Job Title: Field Service Specialist
Job Summary:
As a Field Service Specialist at ENVEA Global, you will be responsible for providing product support, service, testing, and repair of ENVEA equipment across customer sites in the UK. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product support and service to customers at their industrial sites, including repair, commissioning, calibration, and fault finding of ENVEA products.
- Train customers on the correct use and maintenance of ENVEA products and provide telephone support as needed.
- Feed back knowledge and experience to support the development of best practices within the Service Department.
- Travel to customer sites across the allocated area and occasionally across the UK to provide service and support.
- Collaborate with the Engineering teams to ensure lessons learned from field problems are incorporated into future product iterations.
Requirements:
- Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with instrumentation in a previous role, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of ENVEA products.
