Role Summary

We aim to simplify access to our libraries and educational resources, and that’s where your expertise is needed.

We are seeking an Information Assistant to enhance our supportive and approachable customer service team.

Responsibilities

This position goes beyond merely organizing and managing collections. You will play a crucial role in assisting library patrons and users of our educational resources by offering practical support and guidance. You will be the primary contact for in-person, telephone, and online inquiries.

One moment you may be helping customers navigate online platforms or software, and the next, you may be identifying and directing specialized inquiries. Each day will present new challenges as you rotate through various tasks.

You will possess exceptional customer service abilities and the capacity to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals. If you are confident in utilizing IT systems and have experience supporting clients in a dynamic service environment, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
