Customer Service Representative - Evenings

Position Overview

Compensation: 24,710 plus additional shift remuneration and benefits such as generous travel perks

Work Schedule: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, available Monday through Sunday

Shift Hours: Evenings from 16:00 to 01:00

Work Environment: Hybrid model with a combination of remote work and office presence after initial training

Daily Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls from new clients, managing flight bookings, addressing inquiries, and engaging with our frequent flyer members
  • Delivering seamless, memorable experiences for our customers, offering guidance to help them select the best products for their needs
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize repeat contacts from customers
  • Enhancing revenue opportunities by understanding customer needs and upselling relevant services

We have adapted our working methods significantly, utilizing virtual meetings and creating workspaces at home. However, we also value the importance of having colleagues nearby for support, especially during the initial stages. Therefore, we offer a flexible approach that balances remote and office work after your comprehensive training period.
