We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Washington, UK. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate office supplies and equipment inventories to optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to support business decisions.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless logistics.
