About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the site relocation project for our Basingstoke manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising, implementing, and executing a detailed project plan to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
  • Ensure projects comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
  • Manage projects from input to design specification, tender, installation, to commissioning, practical completion, handover, and invoicing
  • Attend project meetings to discuss overarching project strategies and minimize disruption to clinical continuity
Requirements
  • Experience delivering projects from design phase to delivery
  • Experience with mixed-use new build projects, fit, and refurbishment an advantage
  • Experience of managing hard services FM projects ideally within manufacturing
  • Technical expertise, qualifications, or apprenticeship in a craft skill or engineering discipline
  • Proven experience in Project Management and successful delivery of multitask building services-related projects
  • Hold sufficient Health and Safety (CDM) experience to effectively run projects
  • Negotiation, risk management, compliance, and contract management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective stakeholder management acumen
  • Contract management experience
  • Understanding of the development cycle (business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, handover, and project management)
  • Full UK Driving license - required
