Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead facility improvement projects at the Atomic Weapons Establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical facilities and operations delivery management, managing multiple complex projects, high value budgets, and stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost, and quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop a delivery team, including personal objectives, to create and deliver operational plans.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and be a great team player within a diverse and exciting workforce.
- Experience in project management, with a focus on technical facilities and operations delivery.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and manage a delivery team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects, high value budgets, and stakeholders at all levels.
