As a participant in Leonardo's comprehensive four-year Engineering Manufacturing Trainee Program, you will operate within cutting-edge facilities, gaining invaluable experience in both office and laboratory settings. Throughout this program, you will work towards obtaining an HND in Engineering Systems, along with SVQ Level 2 (PEO) and SVQ Level 3 (Engineering Technical Support), while collaborating with industry-leading professionals to enhance your technical capabilities, academic knowledge, and practical insights into the engineering lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Years 1 and 2: Complete SVQ Level 2, gather real work evidence through rotational placements, and attend college for academic qualifications.
- Years 3 and 4: Engage in a final placement, elevate academic studies to HND level, and compile evidence for SVQ completion.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 Higher Grades, including Mathematics and Physics or Engineering Science, alongside another Higher subject in a technological field.
- Basic qualifications in English (Standard Grades / National 5).
