We are seeking an experienced Concept Artist to join our team at FamGuard Group of Companies. As a Concept Artist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the captivating world of our groundbreaking upcoming title by delivering inspiring concepts based on painting over design white/grey box areas and spaces, using a stylized art style to elevate the game's visuals.
You will collaborate closely with the art and design teams to create immersive environments that captivate our players. Our ideal candidate excels in design and illustration, with a portfolio that showcases their ability to create engaging and appealing visuals.
Key Responsibilities- Design a variety of subjects across genres from characters, environments, and even props, VFX and UI while maintaining the core game vision set by the Art Director and Game Designers.
- Sketch explorative thumbnails in 2D and 3D.
- Strong sense of graphic design, colors, proportions, composition, and storytelling through visual design.
- Bonus for working with typography/branding.
- Experience shipping games.
- Bonus for having experience working with outsourcing partners, a solid communicator who can help keep style and art direction consistent when collaborating with external partners.
