Lead the Artistic Vision of Our Next-Gen Project

We're seeking a talented Art Project Director to spearhead the artistic vision of our upcoming project, a sequel to Alien. As a key member of our Survival Team, you'll be responsible for directing the artistic direction, providing daily guidance to the art team, and communicating the vision internally and with partners.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute the artistic vision and visual development from concept to screen
  • Build, motivate, and mentor a diverse art team to deliver exceptional experiences for players
  • Oversee the implementation of the art vision in-game, balancing aesthetics and efficiency
  • Collaborate with peers and partners to maximize overall performance
  • Work with production to plan and execute art deliverables, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Proven experience in leading art teams and visual direction within a game development environment
  • Demonstrate skilled management of time and resources to achieve goals
  • Demonstrable track records as art lead/owner on released products
  • Proven experience in delivering projects using Unreal Engine
