Crisis Recovery Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team at Recovery Focus in Blackpool. As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to develop emotional management and personal life skills, enabling them to achieve greater independence and self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals to develop emotional management and personal life skills
  • Liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies to provide access to a range of services
  • Plan and prioritise a busy workload, motivating and engaging people in developmental and rehabilitative activities
  • Have a good understanding of mental health issues and how they affect people
  • Excellent record keeping skills and data entry abilities
  • Participate in a 24/7 rota, including lone working, weekends, and sleep-ins
