We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team at our crisis service in Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to develop emotional management and personal life skills to achieve greater independence and self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals to develop emotional management and personal life skills
  • Liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies to give people access to a full range of services
  • Plan and prioritise a busy workload, motivating and engaging people in a range of developmental and rehabilitative activities
  • Have a good understanding of mental health issues and how they affect people
  • Good record keeping skills and data entry
  • Participate in a 24/7 rota that includes lone working, weekends, and sleep-ins

Each sleep-in shift is paid at a rate of £78.30 per shift.
