We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at our crisis service in Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will support individuals to develop emotional management and personal life skills to achieve greater independence and self-esteem.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals in crisis
  • Liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies to give people access to a full range of services
  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans
  • Participating in a 24/7 rota that includes lone working, weekends, and sleep-ins

Each sleep-in shift is paid at a rate of £78.30 per shift.
