We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Senior Mental Health Specialist to provide input to two Older Adult Wards at the Harbour in Blackpool. This role offers opportunities for direct and indirect/systemic clinical work, consultation, research, audit, and clinical leadership.

Key responsibilities include working across the advanced care (older adult mental health) and dementia wards, including involvement in group work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working across the lifespan and/or a specific interest in developing skills working with older adults, their families, and staff teams.

Informal discussions regarding the role are welcomed.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, up to 37.5 hours depending on banding and preferences; part-time will be considered. Onsite working.
