About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Head Nurse to join our team at Medmatch. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists and hygienists in all clinical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cross-infection control, adhering to the latest guidelines and practice procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient records and paperwork, in accordance with practice procedures.
  • Assist in managing the appointment book, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting daily production targets.
  • Support the team in maintaining a positive and friendly environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

About Our Practice

Our medium-sized practice is modern, spacious, and well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including an X-ray machine, OPG, intraoral camera, and Itero Scanner. We are a close-knit team, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing a supportive environment for our staff to grow and develop.

Requirements

  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) and compliance with all GDC requirements.
