About the RoleAs a Maths Tutor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our maths curriculum in partnership with colleagues, the community, learners, and other professionals. You will work collaboratively to create inclusive and safe learning environments, ensuring that all learners feel supported and motivated to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Functional Skills maths from entry level 1 to level 2, as well as non-accredited maths courses.
- Develop and deliver our maths curriculum in partnership with colleagues, the community, learners, and other professionals.
- Work collaboratively to create inclusive and safe learning environments.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with learners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver a range of activities to engage and motivate learners.
We are looking for a Maths Tutor who holds or is working towards a teaching qualification in English/Maths and has experience of teaching adult learners who are 16-19 years old. You will need to be able to communicate clearly, have attention to detail, and be able to plan and deliver a range of activities for your learners.
