Job Summary:

Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our client's large dealer group in the Oxford area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle servicing and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical work.
  • Work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including brakes, suspension, clutches, and cambelts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a workshop environment.
  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of vehicle systems.
  • Steady work history and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Minimum Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance Repair or equivalent qualification.
