Programmes Manager

Enterprise Nation is a leading small business support provider and platform, connecting entrepreneurs to resources and support. We're seeking a skilled Programmes Manager to oversee and deliver impactful campaign activity within a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage programme delivery for cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion of KPIs
  • Develop and implement programme content strategies, producing planning schedules and timelines
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create programme growth and marketing plans
  • Own end-to-end project management and delivery of specific programmes, including logistics and administrative duties
  • Build trusted partner relationships and lead meetings throughout the planning and delivery process
  • Report on deliverables to internal and external stakeholders, via calls and reporting documents
Requirements
  • Experience in project or programmes management, with a background in overseeing a portfolio of projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent, with experience in CRM systems, online event platforms, or Eventbrite
  • Ability to think creatively to solve partner problems and meet targets
  • Focused with great attention to detail, and a team player with leadership skills
