Job Title: Programme and Senior Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme and Senior Programme Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Programme and Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the management of programmes and supporting the growth of our business in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Programme Manager or Commission Lead on a range of tasks, including managing client relationships and related commission outputs and deliverables.
  • Manage efficient data collection and benchmarking.
  • Operate effective processes and systems to be used throughout the programme.
  • Manage the interface with the client and other consultants at all programme stages.
  • Capture the client and commission requirements and report on progress.
  • Support the setup, delivery, and closeout activities of programmes in accordance with the requirements of the role.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and report such opportunities to the appropriate line manager.
  • Support the production of tender bid documents.
  • Identify ways in which programme management products and services can be improved.
  • Understand and identify cross-divisional opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Degree educated in a construction, Real Estate, or Facility Management related degree.
  • Project Management & Cost Management (Quantity Surveying experience) within a Construction or Real Estate Consultancy.
  • Programme Management experience within Real Estate with Blue Chip and Commercial Clients.
  • Experience running refurbishment or fit-out projects for Commercial or Blue Chip Clients.
