Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide support to a General Practitioner. The successful candidate will oversee a variety of professional and personal responsibilities, ensuring efficient daily operations. This position combines administrative tasks with personal assistance, offering extensive support across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Professional Duties:

Administrative Assistance:
Manage office responsibilities including answering calls, handling emails, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with patients and healthcare professionals.

Document Preparation:
Create, edit, and proofread various documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Data Management:
Keep accurate records and organize data using Excel spreadsheets and other relevant software.

Transcription Services:
Precisely transcribe dictated notes and maintain confidential documentation.

Reception Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors, provide information, and ensure a friendly atmosphere.

Personal Assistance:

Errands and Coordination:
Handle personal errands such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and other tasks as required.

Transportation:
Offer driving services for the General Practitioner as needed.

Calendar Management:
Assist in organizing both personal and professional schedules, including social events and appointments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
A degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.

Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Communication Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solid understanding of grammar.

Organizational Skills:
Excellent multitasking abilities, prioritization of tasks, and attention to detail.

Professional Appearance:
Maintain a professional image and demeanor, effectively representing the General Practitioner.

Driving Requirements:
Valid driving license and reliable access to transportation.

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
