We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Wienerberger Careers. As a key member of our in-house technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Control: Conduct quality checks on our processes and final products, taking samples and investigating issues to ensure we produce high-quality materials.
- Production Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our manufacturing processes.
- Documentation and Compliance: Complete documentation for controls and traceability, ensuring we meet various quality standards, including ISO 9001 Quality Assurance and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
- Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure our processes and products meet the required standards.
- Quality Procedures: Develop and improve quality procedures to ensure we maintain the highest level of quality in our products.
- Training and Development: Train colleagues on quality best practices and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
What We Offer:
We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure you can work safely and effectively. You will be part of a dynamic team that values quality and excellence in everything we do.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.00pm
