Position Overview

As a Complex Community Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare services. This position offers a competitive salary range of £43,250 - £45,000 and is primarily focused in the southern regions of the UK.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and managing individual care plans.
  • Providing practical training and clinical supervision to care staff.
  • Utilizing your clinical expertise to guide healthcare workers in various settings, including home, educational institutions, and community centers.
  • Engaging with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Case Management, and various healthcare facilities.
  • Participating in a paid on-call support rota on a rotational basis.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Registered Nurse status with experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), or complex care environments.
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate demeanor.
