Job Title: Senior Residential Care Worker

Avenue Scotland - FALKIRK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Care Worker to join our team in Fife. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people who require emotional and physical care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Physical Care: Ensure the physical needs of young people are met, including personal hygiene, food, clothing, safety, and warmth.
  • Emotional Care: Create a safe and supportive environment where young people feel valued and respected, and can express their feelings without fear of judgment.
  • Leadership and Support: Take on shift leadership responsibilities, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues, managers, and other teams to ensure a high-quality service is delivered, and participate in day leader roles as required.
