Customer Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at a leading legal firm in Birkenhead. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting them with their claims and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking calls and assisting clients with the initial stages of their claims
  • Providing information on our services and what is involved in the claims process
  • Collecting and updating data to ensure accurate records
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and team targets
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and providing suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in office-based customer service, ideally in a claims or insurance environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of legal procedures and terminology is an advantage
