You will consistently deliver high-quality customer service, offering advice on footwear care, handbags, and accessories tailored to customer needs. Collaborating closely with the store management team, you will motivate and guide your colleagues in cultivating a customer-centric culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable insights about our products.
We have a part-time Supervisor position available to join our new Pavers team at a recently opened location.
This role is structured as a 16-hour contract spread over 3 days each week.
Flexibility is essential, as the position will require a mix of weekend and weekday shifts.
Compensation, Hours & Benefits for our Supervisor
£12.10 per hour.
Upon successful completion of the necessary retail induction stages, your pay will increase to £12.35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities as our Supervisor
- Assist the management team in the daily operations of the store while coaching and developing the team to achieve key performance indicators.
- Provide consistently high levels of customer service, offering advice on footwear care and accessories tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain self-awareness, being able to reflect, learn, and take responsibility for both personal and store performance alongside the management team.
- Embody the Pavers ethos, consistently leading by example.
