Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our Superdry team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in store, while supporting the management team to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operations & Service
  • Utilize your local knowledge and sales expertise to create a unique brand experience for customers.
  • Make informed decisions to drive sales and customer satisfaction, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Role model our brand values and behaviors, while building trust and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Take pride in store appearance and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Deliver business objectives set by the Store Leader, while coaching the team to achieve retail standards and service expectations.
  • Maintain a strong commercial awareness of the store, understanding key performance indicators and driving performance against them.
  • Hold keys for the store and take responsibility for opening and closing, including cash handling.
  • People
  • Support the day-to-day supervision of the team, providing clear direction and coaching to achieve daily targets.
  • Lead the team to achieve store targets, while ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide timely feedback to associates, recognizing success and positively challenging poor performance.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced in retail/sales and operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Able to create memorable experiences for every customer, while maintaining a strong understanding of our brand and values.
  • Exposure to people management activities, with a focus on developing and coaching team members.
  • A creative thinker, able to find innovative solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
