About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our Total Loss department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients during times of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Assessment: Assess claims and determine the best course of action in line with our company policies.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, ensuring they understand each step of the process.
  • Fraud Detection: Identify and report any potential signs of fraud.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your team to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
  • Caseload Management: Manage your own caseload, keeping accurate records and making informed decisions on claims.

  • Social Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
