Job Title: Risk Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Supervisor to join our team. As a Risk Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive KPIs through daily and hourly updates to the team
  2. Assist the management team to deliver maximum floor productivity through effective supervision of team zoning
  3. Assist the in-store Visual Merchandiser to complete weekly visual direction
  4. Assist the management team with induction training for new team members
  5. Adhere to expectations set by management to achieve department priorities
  6. Supervise department team to drive a world-class shopping experience for JD Sports customers
  7. Lead by example and ensure supervisor presence on the sales floor to coach and motivate
  8. Supervise department replenishment
  9. Supervise floor coverage to minimize the risk of external theft
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience within retail or a similar industry
  2. You are passionate about creating an amazing service experience and culture for our customers
  3. You have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs and communicating well with all stakeholders
  4. You have excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
