BDS (Northern) Limited is seeking a skilled and compassionate Sheltered Housing Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide support to residents living in our retirement complex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support and signposting to residents on various services and resources available in the area.
  • Conduct regular property checks and report any necessary repairs to the relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a sheltered housing setting.
  • Good PC skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.22 and a flexible working arrangement of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role, and you must be registered on the update service or have a valid DBS check issued within the last 12 months.
