Our SpeedyHang brand sells exclusively on marketplaces and is aimed at customers with lower budgets who still want beautiful designs.

**The Role**

The Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive role sits within the digital & ecommerce team and works closely with the Brand and Creative team to improve customer experience and manage the brands’ presence online.

Success in this role will be driving growth and revenue across all 3 websites and marketplaces (B&Q, The Range, Amazon, eBay).

**Ecommerce**
- Merchandising, search, and navigation optimisation: Identify best sellers, key trends & stories and highlight that across the site using search and product recommendations.
- Create collections and ensure products are categorised correctly and enabling the customer to find the relevant product quickly.
- Work with the creative teams to identify design trends or suggestions using our “Style It With” mechanic or “Get the Look” content
- Coordinate new product and collection launches
- Work with SEO and content teams to identify areas of improvement and help to implement changes
- Support the brand marketing team in delivering seasonal promotion and price amendments across the website, in line with the trading calendar.
- Create landing pages for promotional activity or specific trends/themes
- To carry out regular reports, capturing relevant KPI data which in turn will assist in improving customer proposition, journey & conversion and to drive sales & margin.
- Using data captured, test and review online behaviour which will drive performance.
- Monitor the market and fully understand trends, gaps and opportunities in order to optimise listings, increase traffic and improve conversion.

**Marketplaces**
- Create and optimise product listings.
- Write enticing, search-optimised product descriptions.
- Create and manage brand stores on Amazon and eBay.
- Design and create enhanced brand content for listings and brand stores.
- Ensure product information is accurate.
- Using JungleScout to review search and purchase trends and action as necessary.
- Reporting & analysis of product performance.
- Support Paid Media Manager with Amazon Ads.

**Essential Criteria**
- 1+ year ecommerce experience (non-marketplaces)
- 1+ year experience Amazon Seller Central
- Good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables etc.)
- Great communicator with versatile writing style and ability to move between different brand tones of voice and design style.
- Working knowledge of GA4
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Good eye for gripping visual design.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus
- Familiarity with Canva

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
