About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RN-Child) to join our team as a Band 6 Clinical Educator within the Neonatal Service at Boston Pilgrim Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating effective training and education programs to clinically and professionally develop staff within the Neonatal service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an authoritative resource for the Neonatal Education Strategy, providing strong clinical leadership skills to support, energize, and empower others in pursuit of a shared vision.
  • Deliver safe quality nursing care in accordance with clinical pathways and governance frameworks.
  • Provide evidence of recent professional development and a recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience in Neonatal nursing at Band 5 or above, with evidence of teaching in clinical practice and providing intensive, high dependency, and special care for babies in a neonatal unit.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and able to adapt to change and be flexible to the needs of the service.
