ECU Testing Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electronics Rework Technician to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in the repair and refurbishment of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) found in modern vehicles. These sophisticated electronic systems manage critical functions such as engine performance, transmission control, braking systems, and more.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough testing of electronic vehicle components.
  • Disassemble and rework Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) with precision.
  • Solder intricate circuits and replace tiny surface-mounted components, often utilizing a binocular microscope for enhanced visibility.
  • Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality.
  • Leverage specialized software applications to diagnose, reprogram, and optimize ECUs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed using our company's workflow management system.
