We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Rework Technician to join our team at ECU Testing. As an Electronics Rework Technician, you will be responsible for reworking Electronic Control Units (ECUs) for vehicles in our state-of-the-art electronics laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Test and inspect electronic vehicle parts to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Strip and rework Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) to repair or upgrade electronic components.
- Solder circuits and replace small surface-mounted components using a binocular microscope.
- Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in our work.
- Use bespoke and modified software applications to interrogate and reprogram electronic control units.
- Record all work undertaken using our company workflow management software application.
