About the Role

Tenways E-Bike is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team in Scotland/North England/North Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including premium bike resellers and retailers
  • Provide excellent commercial and after-sales service to customers
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Tenways brand and maintain its integrity
  • Manage sales forecasts and inventory carryover
Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time
  • Knowledge and experience in sales, market research, and analysis
  • Highly organized and able to work remotely
  • Demonstrate technological acumen and ability to acclimate quickly to new digital platforms
  • Budget and management experience
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of ERP and CRM services
