Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including premium bike resellers and retailers
- Provide excellent commercial and after-sales service to customers
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Tenways brand and maintain its integrity
- Manage sales forecasts and inventory carryover
- Fluent English speaker
- Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time
- Knowledge and experience in sales, market research, and analysis
- Highly organized and able to work remotely
- Demonstrate technological acumen and ability to acclimate quickly to new digital platforms
- Budget and management experience
- Computer literacy and knowledge of ERP and CRM services
