Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Order Processing: Accurately process orders, update customer records, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, providing regular updates and progress reports.
Requirements:
