About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our Renewable Energy Team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated book of Renewable Energy clients, managing renewals, invoicing, and client payments, producing new quotes, and upselling/cross-selling additional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
- Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives.
- Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
- Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, developing solutions, articulating impact of options, leveraging prepared analytics, and making recommendations to clients across product lines.
Requirements:
- Commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products is essential.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and organisational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
