About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Commercial Account Handler to join our Renewable Energy Team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing our clients' commercial insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert advice to support their growth.
- Work closely with our Account Executives to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to retain and grow existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and solutions.
What You'll Need:
- Commercial insurance knowledge and experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
