Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Insure Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough fact-finds with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
  • Work closely with underwriters to negotiate insurance terms and ensure client requirements are met.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely policy documentation and premium collection.
  • Assist clients with claims issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to achieve agreed sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
