About the Role

A leading Luxury brand is seeking an experienced After Sales Specialist to join their team. This global company is renowned for its innovative products and commitment to improving the quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage Warranty Concerns: Effectively handle warranty concerns for consumers and retailers, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Handle Service Requests: Arrange service visits, send replacement parts, and process manual orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all daily procedures align with KPI targets and maintain accurate records in D365.
  • Share Expertise: Provide cross-training to team members and share expertise to ensure seamless operations during absences.
  • Develop Product Knowledge: Continuously update and develop product knowledge, including current and heritage models.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work with the Customer Service Manager to identify and implement operational improvements.
Key Requirements:
  • Warranty Experience: Essential for managing warranty concerns and service requests.
  • Proven Customer Service Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Training and Development: Ability to produce and deliver training material for team members.
  • Adaptability and CPD: Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous professional development (CPD).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
