Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage and deliver the HVDC engineering scope of work, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and direct a team of engineers to deliver the project scope, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in electrical engineering, ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality and technical standards.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, to ensure that project objectives are met and that all parties are informed of project progress and issues.
Requirements:
- Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
