We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Finance Sustainability Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sustainability and ESG reporting for Vodafone Group Plc.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Senior Leadership Team members to develop and implement effective ESG reporting processes, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory bodies across the UK, EU, and US.
- Monitor best and emerging practices on ESG reporting, providing review and challenge on existing and future metrics, and managing stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
- Support the delivery of Vodafone's overall ESG reporting and compliance approach, ensuring alignment with Group-wide policies and regulatory disclosure requirements.
- Transform the ESG reporting approach across the Vodafone footprint, addressing shortcomings in the current process and ensuring overall Group-wide alignment.
- Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent.
- Experience of or knowledge of current and future sustainability regulations in the UK, EU, and the US is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a group reporting function for a large, global, and complex group.
- Ability to project manage, steer, transform, and motivate teams across multiple functions to deliver on pre-determined targets.
